Looking for a list of cars from Japanese automakers that can be tuned up but are four door. Most cars that are popularly know are just two door... Want a four door 4+ seater that can be tuned. Just want a list... Please..: no civics though.....

I don't see Saturn on there. There are other GM makes, but not Saturn. Why?

It's called vehicle racism. Saturn and Cadillac get shafted.
While it is a fair argument to say Saturn and Cadillac are both subsidiaries of GM... I also feel they deserve their own category... I mean, look at that makes you have on Yahoo Answers:

Scion gets it's own category, yet it's a Toyota Subsidiary.
Acura likewise has its own category, yet it's a Honda Subsidiary
Inifiniti gets it's own category, yet it's a Nissan Subsidiary.
Audi gets it's own category, yet it is a VW!
Lexus, likewise is a Toyota, and still gets it's own category.

I say it's automobile discrimination! I say, I say, Saturn! Should get it's own category! Same with Cadillac.

I don't believe everyone will agree with me, but Cadillac is to GM what Lexus is to Toyota... So what's with the unfairness?

I don't think Scion and Saturn are of the same variety or category... But if GM did have a Scion, I think Saturn would be your best analogous species.

I have a 97 civic ex, and i want to put acura rsx parts on it. is it possible without buying a conversion kit?

there are several conversion kits, but i don't fully like them. i was wondering if i could buy acura rsx parts and put them directly on my car. i was planning on front bumper, front fenders, headlights and hood. (that's usually what comes with a conversion kit) i was wondering if i would need any special brackets or anything...anything you know in this area would be heavily appritiated...

Yes, these things do not bolt right up to the Civic. You may need to relocated your rad support and many many other things

What all would it take to get acura rsx body parts on my honda civic?

i want to put rsx fenders, headlights, bumper, and hood on my 1997 honda civic ex. they make conversion kits, but i don't know if there' are special brackets or cuts that have to be made or w/e. if you know anything about car conversions especially about civic to rsx conversions, please post! all help will be welcomed.
honda owns acura and the rsx is acuras version of the civic...does anyone know if the dimensions are the same?

It's been done before, but you're better off selling your civic and buying an RSX. The good conversion kits that don't squeak and bang together when you hit a bump is going to run around $2,000 to $3,000. And then there's labor. The demensions are fairly close, but not exact, so putting the brackets on are extremely difficult. Acura modeled the RSX after the 7th gen Toyota Celica, so the layout of the car is designed to be lightweight and handle well. The civic was designed as an economical commuter car. If you put a conversion kit on your civic, it will throw off the balance of the car and cost loads, so I'd recommend trading up to an RSX.
Then call me and I'll show you how to drive it :)
